Good morning, Raymark. Thanks, Anthony, for sending Dan Dandy to the rescue last week. We hadn’t been struck by an earthquake under our kitchen sink after all. Dan tightened the wobbly faucet, as well as its companion spouts; then wrestled the obstinate spray hose into line. Ingenious, he cobbled a defense so the hose could avoid tangling in the pipes. Dan is genial, and we really appreciate his visit.

I got the distinct impression that there were several jobs on the board ahead of ours (which was confirmed when I brought in the down payment) but almost commensurate with my delivery of the check, the singing toilet in the basement stopped flushing and just filled up. Will and the camera crew came out that afternoon and found water queuing up in the main house drain. The following day Will and his army showed up and by the end of that week, we were off the septic. I can’t say how much I appreciate not only the quick response but also the speed with which the grinder pump was installed and the septic tank decommissioned and Will’s hands-on effort running the crew. And any time I had a question or an issue, Kevin was just a text message away and responded quick and completely.
I also should mention that Joe did a yeoman’s job getting rid of that problematic toilet and installing the Todo replacement as well as replacing our water heater, which had started to fail a few weeks before.
Please rest assured that I will be happy to recommend Raymark to any and all that ask about our experience.“
