I got the distinct impression that there were several jobs on the board ahead of ours (which was confirmed when I brought in the down payment) but almost commensurate with my delivery of the check, the singing toilet in the basement stopped flushing and just filled up. Will and the camera crew came out that afternoon and found water queuing up in the main house drain. The following day Will and his army showed up and by the end of that week, we were off the septic. I can’t say how much I appreciate not only the quick response but also the speed with which the grinder pump was installed and the septic tank decommissioned and Will’s hands-on effort running the crew. And any time I had a question or an issue, Kevin was just a text message away and responded quick and completely.
I also should mention that Joe did a yeoman’s job getting rid of that problematic toilet and installing the Todo replacement as well as replacing our water heater, which had started to fail a few weeks before.
Please rest assured that I will be happy to recommend Raymark to any and all that ask about our experience.“
Joe and Ty, who did most of the work on the project, were very impressive. I visited the project daily, and always found them hard at work, usually in places I was glad to avoid. Cutting holes in old lath and plaster walls and between floors is inherently messy, but they were conscientious in keeping the debris and dust contained and in cleaning up at the end of each day. They were careful and took pride in their new piping, and were courteous and pleasant with the tenants. Our tenants are enjoying improved water quality and flow, and especially appreciate the quicker delivery of hot water courtesy of the new recirculation loop. And I no longer loose sleep thinking about the consequences of a broken pipe somewhere in the walls of the apartment.“
